Des Hague
Des Hague is a two-time best-selling author and a proven leader who has held top roles at major companies like IHOP, Safeway, and Centerplate. He’s served on over 20 boards and spent 10 years as an operating partner at the respected private equity firm, Kohlberg & Co.
Since 2015, Des has been the CEO of Hague Enterprises, where he provides advisory and consulting services to growing businesses. Throughout his career, he has helped return billions of dollars to shareholders and investors and has raised over $100 million for various charities.
Des holds a degree from the American University of London and lives in Colorado with his wife, Carol. He’s also a proud father of two sons and grandfather to three.
Tom Park
Tom is a seasoned C-suite executive with over 30 years of leadership experience at top global companies.
He spent 10 years at The Walt Disney Company, where he served as President of Disney Stores Worldwide. After that, he joined Belkin International, a global consumer electronics brand, and helped grow the company from $300 million to over $1 billion during his 12-year tenure.
Tom later became President of Kenmore, Craftsman, and DieHard at Sears, where he led the sale of the Craftsman brand for $900 million.
Tom is a graduate of Villanova University, lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Lisa, and is a proud father of four and grandfather of five.
