Two time best-selling author.  A proven been there and done that leader having led globally recognized companies such as IHOP, Safeway, and Centerplate.  Hague has also served on 20 boards and as an operating partner of Kohlberg, a prominent Private Equity first for a decade.  Since 2015 Hague has served as CEO of HAGUE ENTERPRISES offering advisory and consultancy services.  Career-to-date Hague has returned billions to shareholders and investors and raised over one hundred million for multiple charities.  Des is a graduate of the American University of London and resides in Colorado with his wife, Carol, and is the proud father of two sons and three grandchildren.

C Suite Global executive with 30= years of leadership experience.  Tom spent a decade with the Walt Disney Company where he was President of the Disney Stores Worldwide.  Tom joined Belkin International, a global consumer electronics company, where over his 12 year tenure he grew the company from $300m to over $1B.  He then joined Sears and was President of Kenmore, Craftsman and Diehard and lead the sale of the Craftsman brand for $900m.  For the last several years Tom has served as Managing Director for Portage Point Partners a turnaround and restructuring company and has served of several advisory boards.  Tom is a graduate of Villanova University and resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Lisa and is the proud father of four children and five grandchildren.
